Brow Aftercare Instructions

Everyone's healing experience is unique. Not everyone has the same skin type, lifestyle, or environmental surrounds, that is why your aftercare is specialized for YOU to ensure the best possible healed results. This includes keeping your brows clean and hydrated with proper permanent makeup lotion. You will want to gently dab the area with a damp cotton swab then apply the lotion 1-3 times throughout the day. Avoid getting your brows wet for 48 hours after the procedure, and absolutely no swimming or hot tubs.
Tattoo Pre-Appointment Do's & Dont's

- Wear loose clothing and keep in mind the accessibility of the area you're getting tattooed
- Shave the area you're getting tattooed if there is hair in the location
- Consider your plans after your tattoo, as you cannot go swim, hot tub, or bathe for 2-3 weeks after
- Come with your skin clean and moisturized
- Remember to stay hydrated and preferably eat something before you arrive
- Avoid alcohol and blood thinners 24 hours before
Brow Healing Process

The healing process can bring a whole pile of emotions. Although I go over every phase at our appointment, you may still have moments of confusion, stress, adoration wishing for less, or wishing for more... it's completely normal!
You can expect that your brows will appear too dark and bold at the beginning, then they will start to scab and flake off, and after they "fall off" they will usually look too light. Towards the 1 month mark is when the colour will come back and your brows will be fully healed. As always, don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns.
Tattoo Aftercare Instructions

The second skin (adhesive bandage) acts as a barrier that protects your new tattoo when it's healing. Keep this on for 2-3 days, then rinse the area will cold water, and pat dry with a paper towel. I recommend using a fragrance free lotion like Aveeno or CeraVe to moisturize your skin a few times a day or as often as it feels/looks dry. Make sure to not pick or itch your tattoo, don't submerge your tattoo in water for at least 2 weeks, and avoid prolonged sun exposure.
